Return/Refund Policy
Returns:
We accept returns within 1 day of the delivery date only if product had a damage during the delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Personalized Items: Personalized items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately we will arrange refund or replacement, In the case of replacement or exchange of the product it will take 7 working days to deliver.
